We understand that shopping online can be a little risky but here at Worldly
Décor we assure you that your information is safe. All Credit Cards are processed
through Authorize.net’s secure platform. . All financial information submitted
on WorldlyDécor.com is encrypted as it travels over the Internet and
Authorize.net’s internet payment gateway supports the strongest security
technologies available on the web. User accounts can be created for convenience
and credit card information can be stored for future orders. Users’ credit card
and private information is never given to anyone, not even the user. An
encryption is used like xxx-xx-8723 and the user can only add a new card or
delete the existing card on file.
In short, using your credit card on Worldly Decor is absolutely safe - we
guarantee it!
Sales Tax:
Sales Tax is built into the price of all products shipped
within California and non applicable to those outside California. Please note
that not all of our products will be shipped from California but rest assured
you will still not be charged sales tax separately either way.
Shipping information:
Is There Really Free Shipping?
On orders of $40.00 or more shipping is free or absorbed
into the sale price of the product. On orders less than $40.00, shipping can be
up to 25% of the order price.
How Will My Order Be Shipped?
We will ship your order the fastest and most reliable way
possible. Our Vendors have established strong relationships with some of the
best delivery companies out there like, DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS and many others
nationwide.
When your order a product on WorldlyDecor.com you will
automatically be sent an order confirmation email with a link so that you may
track the progress of your order. Since we work with many vendors and they ship
your products directly to you, some orders may be broken up to multiple
shipments coming from multiple vendors. Note: not all products will arrive at
the same time if coming from multiple vendors. You will have a tracking numbers
supplied to you by each vendor so that you can track your orders progress.
When Will My Product be Shipped?
At checkout time an approximate shipping window will be given
to you. We encourage you to check your email’s link to view the shipping status
and tracking number. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the
progress of the shipment at CustomerService@worldlydecor.com.
To better serve you please be sure to enter a phone number and as much
information as possible at checkout.
Small Parcel
Whenever possible our Vendors will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS, FEDEX,
DHL or USPS. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of
shipping available for many items we sell. They also supply us with tracking
numbers so that we can better serve you.
Larger Products: Truck Freight
Many items we sell are too large and/or too heavy to ship using a Small Parcel carrier.
Therefore, our Vendors use Truck freight companies who will truck the products
to you. You may be responsible for carrying the product from the back of the
truck into your house (Note: some shipments might be on palates and may be very
heavy). Truck Freight also differs from Small Parcel in that, for residential
deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a
delivery appointment. Please be sure to leave a phone number at checkout time.
(Note: Freights are usually not delivered on weekends).
Return Policy:
Is the item you received not what you expected? Whatever the
reason is, you won’t be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not
want. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for
an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and
handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please
be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping
costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items
carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish
to make a return. Please note that we are not responsible for cost you incur
while returning the product.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If
you refuse an order or you entered the wrong shipping information at checkout
time it will then fall under our standard return policy, you will be contacted
if your order is returned to sender and arrangements will be made from there at
our discretion.

Once the returned products are inspected your Credit Card
will be refunded or a return check will be issued and mailed to you. This
Process may take up to 3 business weeks after we receive the returned products.

Worldly Décor is the owner of the information collected on this site. We will
not sell or rent this information, nor will we share it in ways different from
what is disclosed in this statement unless you consent.

Worldly Decor is firmly committed to customer privacy. We use your IP address
simply to help with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address
is used to help identify you and your shopping cart and to gather broad

Credit Cards
Credit card information is processed through Authorize.net’s secure server.
Your personal information will not be shared with anyone and the private
information you give Worldly Décor will only be used to process your order. We
will store your card on file attached to your user account if you decide to.
This can be disabled at any time and a new card and personal information can be
added/changed. We never show your card number on the site, instead only the
last 4 digits are viewable.
We recommend that you turn your cookies on while shopping at
Worldly Decor, as this will allow us to make your shopping experience the best
possible
